Configurable in 1mm length increments, MISUMI Linear Guides are available in regular and high grade for both standard and heavy load applications In addition, some MISUMI Linear Guides feature interchangeable blocks and rails with the ability to add additional blocks depending on the length of the rail and application. With many material options and a plethora of other variations available, it's easy to choose the right guide for the right application.

When the application requires higher load carrying capacity, rigidity and operational life over the conventional linear ball bushings, the profile rail Linear Guide are the standard choice of motion systems designers. Available in steel and stainless steel, MISUMI’s high quality Linear Guides are made in industry standard dimensions to facilitate “Drop-In” replacement for other makers and models in many cases. In order to make the installation procedure simple and easy, the ball bearings are retained within the blocks on all of our Linear Guide models to avoid the bearing balls from falling out when removed from the rails.
