Locating Pins, Spherical Pilot Head

The spherical head feature is available with many pin shapes in the MISUMI locating pin product line. It works as a very smooth locating pilot and decreases the interference when work pieces are either placed or removed from the locating fixture. The spherical pilot head is available with large head, small head, press fit, tapped, round and diamond locating pins. In addition, material and hardness variations are offered.

Locating Pins, Selectable Pilot Shape

Design circumstances often present a need to select a different head shape for locating pins. That's why MISUMI added the selectable pilot shape locating pin to our product line. Three shapes of pilot can be selected according to locating conditions. Selectable pilot shape is available with press fit, threaded and tapped locating pins. In addition, the selectable pilot locating pin is available in a variety of materials and configurations.

Miniature Linear Guides, Wide Block/Standard Preload

MISUMI Miniature Linear Guides, wide block/standard preload, are easy to install because the tapped holes for fitting are one size larger than those of conventional linear guide products. In addition, the tapped holes are through holes for enhanced reliability in bolt tightening.
