Misumi has added new Cold Drawn Rotary Shafts with h9 OD tolerance. These new shafts are ideal for less demanding applications (for example conveying systems) and the manufacturing process of these shafts greatly reduces the price.
These shafts have 6.3µm surface roughness without specific circularity and straightness. If the shafts have additional steeps (for bearings etc…) they will remain with either g6 or h7 tolerance based on selection.
