Single Axis Actuators 

MISUMI Single Axis Actuators are available in over a thousand configurations, with the LX Series having a standard production time of just 6 days and 11 days for the KUA Series. MISUMI Single Axis Actuators can be built  to fit 1,008 different configurations.

Linear Shafts 

MISUMI's premier-quality linear shafts can be configured in length increments of as little as one-millimeter. In addition, engineers can use MISUMI's online CAD Configurator to design linear shafts to meet their exact specifications without any drawings required.  The best part is MISUMI's linear shafts have a manufacting time of just three days and engineers have over two dozen shaft end configurations to choose from.  Same day and next day shipping are available on some configured linear shafts.

Linear Guides 

MISUMI Linear Guides can be manufactured for a wide array factory automation applications. Configurable in one-millimeter length increments, MISUMI Linear Guides can be designed to meet both regular and high grades for standard and heavy load applications. In addition, interchaneable rails and blocks are available for certain MISUMI Linear Guides.

Miniature Linear Guides 

MISUMI Miniature Linear Guides come in a full line of short block, wide block and blocks with tapped hole or dowel pin designs. Rails can be configured in one-millimeter length increments to fit a wide range applications, including inspection equipment and automated assembly machines. Guide material comes in either carbon or stainless steel, with a special low dust specification for semiconductor, pharmaceutical and food applications.

Locating Components 

Stopper Blocks can be designed for both inch and metric measurements, as well as standard and threaded designs.  MISUMI Stopper Blocks can be manufactured in steel and stainless steel material, along with electroless nickel plating surface and black oxide treatments available for most configurations.

Stop Pins and Stopper Bolts offer efficient and cost effective performance for a wide array of applications. Available in multiple configurations, including those with Urethane contact pads, MISUMI Stop Pins and Stopper Bolts provide seemless motion for your machine without causing damage to any critical areas.

Rollers 

MISUMI Rollers feature a wide assortment of material and surface treatment options (including silicon rubber), with certain models featuring additional color options.  Configurable lengths can be designed in one-millimeter increments. MISUMI engineers can design and manufacture rollers for a variety of applications, with designs inluding: standard, set-screw and bearing.  Most commonly used materials include: 304 Stainless Steel and 5052 Aluminum with Urethane.

Height Adjust Pins 

MISUMI Height Adjust Pins can be designed to suit a large variety of application demands as a result of configurable height dimensions coming in 0.01mm increments.  Most part numbers feature a standard manufacturing time of just 6 days, with Tool Steel, 304 Stainless Teel, and 440C Stainless Steel available to meet both standard and metric units. 

Locating Pins 

MISUMI Locating Pins feature head length configurations in just 0.1mm increments and a configurable head diamter increments of just 0.01mm.  In order to assure that MISUMI Locating Pins can fit a large variety of automation applications, shank length configurations come in one-millimeter increments.
